Hello people, I'm a student at the University of Memphis doing a blog for my english class. I've never done a blog before so this is really new to me. I'm supposed to talk about communties I'm in and the specific discourse in those communities. Well the only two "communites" I can think of that I'm in is my family and school. Discourse in my family can basically consist of anything. As of right now, family discourse is all about school since I am a freshman and away from home. School discourse is obviously about classes and etc. pertaining to school.
